  3.  @karrybosco7966  Clinton was offered Osama bin Laden on a platter by Sudan and turned him down, so Sudan sent him packing to Afghanistan instead. Then Clinton whiffed on several opportunities to kill bin Laden during Clinton's presidency. As to the deficit, the GOP Congress pushed to balance the budget, which Clinton fought off repeatedly, but eventually felt that he had no choice politically, and so he acceeded. Point being that Bill Clinton was hardly a wild success regarding either foreign affairs or domestic policy.
