  2. That's Gale Brewer. Once she was term-limited out of her Council seat, she ran for Manhattan Borough President - and won. Manhattan Borough President is frequently a stepping stone to NYC mayor. Don't be surprised if she runs in 2021, when she is term-limited out of her current position, and Mayor Bill De Blasio is similarly banned from running again for mayor. As to her teeth? Well, she has adopted a few kids, which is a very impessive act, so maybe she lacks the money?
