@andrewa5077 She didn't pitch up; the pilot did, the same pilot who had repeatedly failed check rides earlier (either three or five, depending who you ask). The cockpit was handed to amateurs, and that's why it crashed.

@andrewa5077 The FO was a kid in over her head. The pilot was semi-competent and flirting with the FO. And that's why the flight crashed.
