Buffett was charged with accessory after-the-fact, which is wildly different than being charged with planning the murder, as the earlier commenter wrongly claimed. She was convicted on two out of three accessory after-the-fact charges. As I wrote above, she has never been charged with anything which would demonstrate that she was even aware of Wozniak's plans, let alone took part in them.
