  2.  @emilyleander3597  You know what's being "rude to someone you don't know"? Accusing them of murder, which is what the original poster did in relation to the nanny.

  3.  @portmoregirl  We don't know. This program was tilted in the direction of those who believe one way, but legitimate scientific questions have been raised about "shaken baby syndrome". And even if this child died as a result of that syndrome, can you prove that it was the nanny? Perhaps the shaking happened a day prior? Don't convict people based upon a short, biased television piece. We have trials for a reason, and the accused are given benefit of both the assumption of innocence and the right to mount an attorney-assisted defense.

  5. For everyone convicting the nanny based off of this short video...remember, you know nothing about the case. You don't know why the baby died. And even if it was shaken baby syndrome, you don't know that it was the nanny responsible.
