  4. Law & Crime did a lousy job explaining the facts of this case. Wherever I saw it before - 48 Hours? - explained it much better. So much so that I actually wasn't convinced at all that this guy's intent was to kill her. No one is defending him overall - he is indefensible - but did he intend to kill her? I'm not certain about that.
