  6.  @luckyluchiano72  No, Miranda is only read before questioning is done. The police were not doing any more questioning at that point. There were no more questions left to ask. So no, he was not Mirandized, not at home, and not at the precinct. Don't jump to mistaken conclusions.

  10. Some police official already responded, angrily denying that this politician got special. According to this police person, anyone who they knew would show up at the precinct would have been accorded the same freedom. And yet...I have my doubts. Does he mean to say that they only trust elected officials to actually show up, everyone else gets cuffed?
