  13.  @EtherOfSighs  The DNA is obviously a very strong piece of evidence. His utterly non-sensical alibi also works against him. Combined with his meandering around at that hour, that is significant evidence. His bagging his garbage and leaving it in the neighbor's trash is also evidence. The fact that he is a severe psychological misfit who freaked out females certainly provides a meaningful background story. And remember the prosecution has said nothing publicly. I suspect that more evidence is still forthcoming. Kohberger did the crime, and he is going down. Mark my words.
