  3.  @class1188  The same idea was very popular in the 1930s. Worked out real well, right? Who cares about a World War? No big deal, of course. As it happens, the miniscule percentage of the budget we spent on Ukraine would make zero difference in domestic spending, and a difference so tiny in the debt that it would never be noticed.
