This comment section is full of people defending the quadruple murderer. As if the exclusionary rule changes the underlying facts of the case. Hello?! He obviously committed those crimes.

@charlie-xu4zu I believe that they have the perp, but hey, if your discussion is with someone else, I can stay out of it.

@jaimeparedes9188 As do I. In fact everyone should, no question. Were I sitting on the jury, I don't know how I would vote (no one should, as the trial has not yet been held). But as an outside observer, I am allowed an opinion. Despite my natural inclination which heavily leans towards providing the benefit of the doubt in all cases, sometimes the evidence leans so heavily towards guilt that I conclude as such. For example, I believed nearly from the start that OJ committed double-murder - not that I'm comparing the overwhelming evidence in that case to the situation with the Idaho students. That said, do I believe that the evidence shows that Kohberger committed these murders? Yes, I do.

@starlaberge9792 Gotta love the online world, where every conspiracy crackpot thinks they're a genius. Enjoy being Einstein in your own head.

@charlie-xu4zu I can't see who those questions are addressed to. Is it me?

@jaimeparedes9188 👍

@stephanesumner5436 What about all the evidence that says he did?

@ClaudiaGutierrez-um7ub The fools are those defending a quadruple murderer

@kaizershozei8720 As opposed to an open knife? How does that make any sense??
1
@cocokai9661 The blood never reached his car in the first place. He clearly wore something over his clothing which he removed immediately after the slayings.

@jdur7987 If I was a member of the jury, sure. But seeing this case from outside, his guilt is obvious. He is going to be convicted.
1
@bigtuna7456 That suggests a certain bias. A look at the overall evidence makes this guy look very, very guilty. The DNA, obviously, but also the many drivebys, the 4:am stargazing on a cloudy night, the garbage packing, all paint a picture. And his personality fits right in.

@bigtuna7456 DNA, car coming by four times, star-gazing in the park at 4:am on a cloudy night, and segregating his garbage in the neighbor's trash. Not to mention his personality fits the crime as well.

@lindahelmich6168 And the correct opinion as well. This comment section is unfortunately full of people defending the quadruple murderer. As if the exclusionary rule changes the underlying facts of the case. Hello?! He obviously committed those crimes.

@DyanBermeo What about their looking to pin this on someone to sleep better at night? Finish the sentence.

@LindaThornton-t8l Yes! 🎯

If the judge tosses all the DNA evidence based upon 4th Amendment violations, I predict that the prosecution will dismiss charges without prejudice, and keep looking for more evidence. Can't risk letting off a quadruple murderer. They only get one crack at this.
