  4. I loved Charlie working to elect Republicans. His mafia tough-guy act? That's wearing thin quickly. Senators need to vote their conscience, not blindly support every utterance of the president. Someone remind Kirk about this thing called the Constution, and what the founding fathers wrote about "advice and consent". Nowhere does the Constitution say "rubber stamp" when discussing the business of the Senate.
