  1. Why doesn't anyone ask, "Why have nearly all male mammals evolved with foreskins over the millenia?" Perhaps, it has a purpose like protecting the end of the penis from bushes. How about pre-lubricating the penis during arousal? How about making it easier to insert the penis into the vagina? IOW, the foreskin is nature's way of making sex less painful and more pleasurable for the gals. Of course, even dogs know enough to keep themselves clean. No need to cut it off.
