I give Biden a 95% approval on his performance, under the conditions and having been dealt a dysfunctional Congress. But, having saved our nation from tRumpism, Biden has accomplished his mission and the Dem party needs younger blood. It's simply wrong to run a good loyal horse into the ground. Let him out to pasture to live the rest his life, worry free.
