  2.  @Lemonlime-v3w  Warren is no fool. That's why she insists upon brief 'yes or no' answers, instead of allowing him to consume her limited time with long winded answers. That's a common tactic to avoid being questioned. Furthermore, Warren is trying to alert viewers about Kennedy's anti-vax records. The other side of the aisle only gives soft ball questions, then grants Kennedy plenty of time to say whatever he pleases. That's how these hearings are conducted.
