@FirstNameLastName-wt5to "...ALL fronts for human trafficking" Really?
First of all, that's a ridiculous generalization.
Secondly, if it were remotely true, the police would shut them down, just like last year in Tucson, when one was shut down for prostitution. (police were regular clients, lol)
I'm neither naive nor kidding.
Perhaps that's true in S. America with drug cartels, Africa, Asia or Russia, but not nearly 100% here in the USA.
So, I'm calling it outright bullshit.

Censored User Yes. And the shooter confessed to the crime. That is acceptable court evidence of guilt. But, the motive is questionable. "Had a bad day." Doesn't cut it. That's a lame excuse, possibly made up by a sympathetic, perhaps racist police officer. (NEVER!, I hear you cry, smh)
Such an officer might even go so far as to minimize the perp's sentence by advising him to not state that it was a hate crime against Asians.
If not the police officer, any defense attorney worth his license would advise his client to not make such a statement. And if such a statement were made without the DA being present, it would be thrown out of court.
Did you think about that?
IMO, the evidence, based upon targeting 3 different Asian spas is significant, substantial, and undeniable. I rest my case.

@garyhall5397 First of all, my ex-wife is a licensed masseuse from Thailand, who recently opened her own Thai massage salon. So, yes you are being racist, regardless of the stereotype. Those Asian women are not on trial and there's no proof that they did anything wrong.
Fair enough, people have been known to confess to crimes, in order to protect others. Michael Cohen comes to mind. But, in this case, the shooter was caught red handed and there's no question about his guilt.
Again, regarding my suspicions of him receiving legal advice, a court would be more forgiving with a defendant who has admitted guilt and shows remorse. It simply doesn't pass the smell test, IMO.
Neither does that BS sex addiction excuse. Why would he murder the women who were allegedly relieving his sexual addition? Isn't it more likely that he would murder them because they refused to do whatever he was demanding? Perhaps he was into S&M or some sort of kinky BS. Perhaps he was afraid that they would report him for being abusive. That would explain why he went from parlor to another, until he found someone who would submit to his demands.
IMO, these are far more logical conclusions than him eliminating them in order to eliminate his own sexual addiction.
Whatev. The Asian women and man didn't deserve to be murdered.

@jimmalachowsky4052 TLDR. The House DID impeach Trump while he was still POTUS. McConnell delayed the Senate TRIAL until after the inauguration on Jan 20th. The whole point of the trial was to make him ineligible to ever run for office again. After every Republican Senator let him off the hook, McConnell stated that Trump could and should be held accountable in criminal court for inciting the insurrection on Jan 6.
Mark my words, Trump will be in prison by 2024. The Democrats have no fear of Trump winning. It's the Republicans that are shitting themselves, afraid that Trump will fund primary opponents against any Republican that doesn't toe the Trump line.
Trump is a mob boss that bullies his way through everything with threats of law suits, political smears, and/or extortion. The first thing he did (apart from surrounding himself with 'family', the only ppl he trusts) after stepping into the Oval office was to summon every Republican Congressman to pledge loyalty to him above everything else, including our nation. After making an 'offer they couldn't refuse', they sealed the 'deal' with the infamous embrace.
His first move while campaigning was to discredit the free press. "Don't believe anything others say, but you can always trust me." He told his supporters at every rally. That's the first step towards dictatorship.
Then there were all of the demeaning gangsta nicknames, Crooked Hillary, Lying Ted Cruz, Little Marco, Crazy Bernie, Pocahonas, Sleepy Joe Biden. Trump behaves exactly like a mafioso godfather.
NY has hired a lawyer who specializes in racketeering to take down Trump's entire mob. Guliani is in deep trouble. Cohen is squealing like a pig and advising Trump's accountant to cooperate with the investigations to save his own ass.
At CPAC, Trump even wondered who the 2024 nominee would be. Before the election, he asked his supporters, "What will happen if I don't win? Will I have to move to another country?" Jared has already dissappeared.
Are you Friking deaf, dumb, and blind?

@jimmalachowsky4052 You're obviously a Trumptard troll. I've heard that BS too many times and have learned that you are incapable of being either reasonable nor civil. It's all about 'whataboutisms' and personal attacks about everyone else being too stupid to understand your massive intelligence.
Yes, Pelosi pushed the impeachment through in order to finish before Jan 20, knowing that no Republicans would vote for it. The impeachment is not a trial and doesn't require testimonies.
Obviously, you have forgotten the 1st impeachment trial that McConnell & Co pushed through, w/o witnesses. Every single one stood in front of Americans and lied their asses off to defend their godfather. They are all cowards.
Yes, Pelosi delayed transferring the articles so that Biden could get his cabinet together in the middle of a pandemic and financial meltdown that Trump left him with.
The first action on day one was to vote on the constitutionality of holding a trial to convict Trump. That vote passed, with some Republican support. Then, the defense and Republicans used that same issue as an excuse to not convict. Vote yes on day one, then no on day 5. SMH!
During the Senate trial, the House attorneys presented a compelling case against Trump. Trump's defense was pathetic. In fact, his first set of lawyers quit rather than lose their licenses by supporting his 'big lie' as a legal defense.
The rest of your comment is nothing more than a personal rant, which I'm not going to lower myself to your level by responding. Furthermore, it is gullible Trumptards just like you who have TDS, not ppl who can see through his BS.
Now, I done with you. Go away troll and leave me alone. In fact, I'm blocking your notifications.

Trumptards simply believe anything someone says, even criminals. Besides, that was what the police reported. Don't you think that it would worsen the sentence if he added hate crime to the charges? How about that police chief that diminished the reason to, "Had a bad day." Oh well then, everyone has had one of those.
I smell police protection all over this case. But, you just accept everything at face value, don't you.... unless it is about tRump losing the election, right? Then the whole world is wrong. smh
Furthermore, you start imagining him shooting Russian masseuses and human trafficking suspicions, then you run with that BS, pulled straight from your own ass.

Hey Folks, I'm sorry to have to say this, but needs must.
This is THE President of the United States of America, speaking to our nation for your benefit. He is not an orange circus clown, performing for your amusement. This is HIS global arena, not your private back yard.
President Biden is trying to explain precisely how his administration is saving thousands of families from poverty and homelessness. He is proudly declaring to the world that "Americans are capable of achieving anything when they put their minds to a task". He truly believes those words. In return, many of you are spitting in his face as the world watches.
Your comments are enabled because our POTUS wants to give his fellow American citizens a voice, regardless of them being broadcast to an International audience, including the leaders of our allies, as well as Xi, Putin, Kim, and many of our enemies.
They love nothing more than witnessing an American POTUS being inflicted by thousands of your cuts and needles; disgracefully being dragged through the muck you're slinging. They use your childish, petty rants and criticisms as evidence that our nation is weak and failing. Your words are their propaganda.
So, why don't you show some respect for the office and leader of the free world, instead of tearing him down with cheap shots and undermining your own nation?
MAGA is not just a slogan. Greatness isn't made like a garment, then stored inside a closet; it must be lived every day as an example for others to admire and emulate. It is earned by behaving in a dignified manner that nurtures personal pride. Greatness is achieved by showing compassion towards the down trodden; not turning them away.
Patriotism is not about playing inspirational C&W songs, nor waving Ole Glory around, just to show off. Any fool can do those things.
Patriotism is not overthrowing our government with weapons and force. Any idiot can pull a trigger. In fact, those are the most dangerous.
Insurrections are the actions of uncivilized, shit hole countries, being ruled by authoritarian dictators. Have we fallen as far as those of whom we reject?
Patriotism is being responsible for electing respectable, trust worthy leaders who understand and adhere to our Constitutional laws and order, then allowing the democratic peaceful transfer of power to occur.
Please, be mindful of your words and consider that the world is watching US. Please don't embarrass our POTUS while he is working on the world's stage, performing the job we have appointed him to do.
As President Biden says, "We're better than that." But, that remains to be seen. It's up to every individual to prove. Don't be the infamous "ugly Americans".
Freedom of speech doesn't make arrogance, vulgarity, nor verbal abuse acceptable. Never has; never will. Make Americans proud by showing the world compassion, not abuse.
Thank you.

@Phoenix-Tide Yes, AOC was a broke bartender, who learned about her constituents, paid her own way through college, earned a degree, became successful, and is being paid $174K for being the dynamic Representative, defending our nation against radical right wing corrupt SCOTUS justices, who have grifted $Billions from filthy rich oligarchs, on behalf of US.
Let's talk about Jared's $2Billion from the Saudi prince, who dismembered the body of a dissident journalist.

@JohnSmith-yl6dn FYI, a 'socialist Democrat' is NOT a Socialist. It is a Democrat, who supports popular social safety net programs, like Social Security, Healthcare, and education.
BFD! They are not traitors against democracy, like tRump, are they? trump likes Putin and Kim. Is he a Communist, a (lying) billionaire capitalist, or just a grifting traitor?
Since you support tRump, doesn't that make you a lying traitor, by association as well?
