Then, Tramp phoned Putin, who obviously counter offered the same rare earth minerals for free, from occupied sovereign Ukrainian territories. So, Tramp & Vance deliberately prestaged the presser to publicly humiliate Zelenskyy and sabotage their 'deal', before it could be signed. Normally, MSM covers the actual signing ceremony.
