  1. Great idea for upcycling plastic wastes. (Use a cement mixer, instead of a shovel.👍) Stupid idea for saving the lives of migrating birds from a toxic lake of mining pollution. If pumps were originally used to drain ground water from the pit, then that's the most practical method for saving the birds. The birds aren't the problem. The problem is unregulated pollution. The EPA should mandate that mining companies be responsible for restoring their pits to the previous natural habitat. This is BS, IMO.
