@garyoakham9723 Reminds me of an old Abbot & Costello skit, where Costello always ends up short changed.
No, it's more like us having a contract (for whatever) and I agree to pay you $1000 per month. So, given the extra income, you borrow $100,000 to finance a yacht. Then, I stop paying you my $1000 because I want to start investing in WS stocks, instead. So, I'm $1000 per month better off and you're still stuck with the yacht to pay off and eventually $100K out of pocket.
Our national debt depends upon tax revenues, if they stop coming in, the the government loses that amount.

Now that YT has restored my account after being Cancelled for over 5 months, this is my first comment:
I am truly appalled by the ruthless comments below. President Biden has been making very effort to reach across the isle to unite our nation after 5 years of hate filled divisive rhetoric from a wannabe dictator.
President Biden doesn't rant and rave against Republicans, who literally want to destroy our government. He welcomes and invites everyone's opinions, whether or not they agree with his goals.
Biden still believes in civil intellectual debates between two parties and compromising to form more perfect solutions, because all sides have been considered. This is how our Founding Fathers intended this United States to function.
The majority of Patriotic Americans (>81 million voters) agree. If you folks would stop your immature cat calling long enough to listen to the man, you might develop some respect for him and his office of POTUS. President Biden is our leader, now; not some arrogant mob boss demeaning others with gangsta names and backstabbing everyone who has a backbone.
This is NOT being done for your entertainment. This is our leader speaking to everyone, including the nation and whole world. Who are you to drag him down with petty adolescent ridicule and ignorant misinformation?
Biden and Congressional Democrats have just pushed through a $1.9T bill that puts significant cash into people's pockets for delinquent bills, groceries, vaccinations, and small businesses. That money will be injected directly into our economy, paying the wages of front line workers in stores, keeping businesses running. They are saving your sorry asses, in spite of every single Republican opposing the bill.
On the other hand, in 2019 Trump and Republicans passed a $2T tax cut for the top 2%, which only went into Wall Street, helping no one living on a working wage.
SHAME ON YOU ALL!!! YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO OUR NATION, WITNESSED BY THE REST OF THE WORLD!!!

@Ilyas Ilyas So, your point is that you have been victimized by racism, so get back is a MF, right? I'm an old white guy and have had many black, brown, Asian, Mexican, and Muslim friends. I was brought up to respect all others as individuals. There are good and bad within all races and religions. I spend hours each day online, defending BLM's Constitutional right to peacefully protest. I counter attack white supremacists who blame the vandalism on blacks, Dems, and antifa.
Now, you're gonna spew your racial hatred in my direction? Yeah, I see hatred in the eyes of blacks and Mexicans because of how whites have discriminated against them.
This BS has to stop, brotha!

@davidwethington9320 AFAIK, and according to multiple reports, one of the original Taliban leaders was freed from a Pakistani prison by Pompeo, who cut the deal to free the other 5000 terrorists and to withdraw our troops by 5/1/21, provided the Taliban agreed to a truce to stop attacking US troops until that withdrawal date. If the US didn't pull out, there would be reprisal beheadings until we were out.
That gave the Taliban plenty of time to plan their resurgence to power, which they executed, without any resistance.
tRump was only concerned with minimizing the troop death tolls during his campaign's runup to the 2020 election. Then, Biden would be left holding the hot turd of executing the withdrawal and would be left with the stink. One of tRump's more successful schemes, IMO. But, it still didn't get him reelected, did it? LMAO!

@davidwethington9320 Oh yeah, Obama only released those terrorists into the authorities in Qatar, because he was trying to shutdown Gitmo, over those leaked reports of prisoner torturing, water boarding, and pictures of a female soldier standing over a prisoner with a dog's collar on. All of that, along with no trials made Gitmo against the Geneva Convention. Those leaked reports outraged Muslims and became a threat to our national security, possibly provoking another 9/11.
So, Obama made every effort to close Gitmo.
Leaders only need armies in order to fight their wars. Great leaders use diplomacy, instead of resorting to military might. Wars do far more harm than good, IMO. The ME wars have only served to bring our great nation to it's knees, economically, morally, and emotionally. Yet, none of them even happened inside our borders to be experienced at first hand.

@Lawlzinator That's not true. Inflation is caused by increased demand vs insufficient supply, because suppliers can increase their prices under those conditions. At the moment, the supply chain has been temporarily disrupted by COVID, shutdowns, and 1 1/2 years of decreased spending. Manufacturers, middlemen, and shipping companies have reduced their stocks and laid off employees. Some have shut down altogether. So, supply has been reduced.
Now, things are returning to normal, consumers are less frightened of the future and spent up purchasing has skyrocketed, but the supply lines need to be restored and suppliers are trying to recoup their losses by jacking up their prices. Yes, I just paid ~75% more for my groceries.
The fed doesn't control the free market. It only has one tool to effect inflation, the interest rates of government loans. But, interest rates have already been set to historic lows, so what can the fed do?

@jeeperspeepers8323
Stop the both sides BS.
They are absolute opposites regarding legality, morality, governance, authoritarianism, humanitarian aide, gun violence, climate change, education, healthcare...
They are the Yin and Yang of politics, struggling against each other. The more extreme one side is, the more extreme the other resists.
Today's Republicans fight to serve a lawless, self-serving traitor.
Democrats are fighting for personal freedoms, law & order, human decency, the environment, the well being of future generations, providing healthcare, social security for the elderly.
If you don't understand these differences, then you're being willfully ignorant and should stay away from political conversations.

Not this caring administration, which has stopped the COVID pandemic with nationwide FREE vaccinations, EXTENDED unempployment benefits, eviction moratoriums, stimulus checks, SNAP for children out of school, 40% less child poverty, 14 million more jobs created, $15 federal minimum wages (with private employers following suite), lowering inflation, student loans forgiven, ...
Reaganomics is all about tax breaks for the filthy rich, while social services are reduced and our national debt skyrocketing, no thanks to Bush's wars of lies about non-existent WMDs and scapegoating the Taliban over his failure to get Bin Laden.
WTF is your problem? Uniting and strengthening NATO to defend Ukrainians? FYI, America's greatness was created by defending Europe from Hitler's regime.
If you don't understand these fundamentals, then you are not qualified to criticize this great leadership.

Who is your alternative? Vivek, who knows 0 about how our government functions?
Surely NOT the fascist Mafioso godfather, who tried to overthrow the undeniable majority of voters' choice and wants eliminate term limits, the Constitution, and become our dictator. Nikki Haley is a warmonger.
Personally, I don't believe in riding a great old workhose into the ground, neither and would prefer to see a Raskin/AOC ticket and ranked choice voting (1st).
But dreaming isn't a choice. Nor is 'different'' a viable one, as we're witnessing with the know-nothing Q-nut anarchists sabotaging the people's House and destroying the GOP.
Get real and woke up. President Biden has been doing an incredible job of leading our nation through the most difficult challenging time in recent history. That's only possible thanks to his caring age, decades of public service, and mindfulness.
Don't kick the ole man, just because his polling #s are down. People will appreciate him much more, once the union wages of 35,000 infrastructure projects start flowing into their local economies, manufacturing returns home, and post-pandemic inflation has returned to normal. @alwayswatchingfromabove

... to support the COVID unemployed during the pandemic shutdowns, while creating the strongest post-pandemic economy in the world.
25% added during tRump's 4 years in office, $2Trillion worth of tax loopholes were handed out to his billionaire Wall Street cronies.
$33 Trillion of national debt caused by failed Reaganomics that only helped the filthy rich, while blowing $5Trillion in the Middle East wars, based upon lies of WMDs and to save face by scapegoating the Taliban over letting Bin Laden escape into Pakistan.
Then, Bush/Cheney simply gave up the chase and went into another failed 'nation building' mode.
While AWOL, the Great Recession of 2007 happened. So, Obama/Biden were forced to bail out corrupt Wall Street hedge fund managers to rescue the global economy, rescue the auto industry that Romney said should fail.
Families were losing their homes to skyrocketing hospital expenses, so Obama/Biden provided ACA, which Republicans pledged to defund, but failed.
What was your point, again?

@Luke_Freeman I appreciate and respect your civil voice. I wasn't very interested in politics until I heard Obama's campaign. After Bush's ME disaster, based upon lies of WMDs, which had nothing to do with Al Qaeda's attack on NYC, I was repelled by the corruption within the RNC. Trump has only made bad matters worse. I hate that man with a vengeance. Right wingers don't even try to defend his mafioso illegal activities and pathological lies. They only distract the subject with, "Well what about ________?" IOW, their moral compass relies upon not being worse than the worst BS conspiracy theory about some Dem, which usually is so ancient that there's no legitimate comparison.
However, last fall I witnessed the DNC and MSM undermine viable candidates during the debates, such as Tulsi Gabbard among others. So, I no longer identify with them, either.
Then, there was the shameful behavior of the Republican Congressmen during the impeachment hearings and trials. They have taken political corruption through the roof, blatantly spinning an alternative universe of 'fake news'. They are the pawns of Trump, complicite enablers of his criminal activity, and conspirators against our nation and its Constitutional laws. IMO, they are all traitors against everything our once great nation has stood for.
"can't stand people who relentlessly berate for political leverage and gain,..." Trump has done this at every rally and public appearance, demonizing over half of American voters. Now, his misinformation and lies for political gain are killing our citizens by the thousands. Trump is an insult to the scum he is.
IMO, Biden doesn't have enough fight inside him to defeat Trump's upcoming $1 Billion propaganda campaign, dubbed the 'Death Star'. Without Obama's support, our nation is doomed.
