  11. MUCH MORE , can be done to improve both air cooled motors and water cooled motors . And at little more cost . And resulting in MUCH greater reliability AND durability , believe me . I have studied engine designs seriously since before , and during 1995 and from that time on . BUT ! I don' t want my ideas for improvements , stolen from me . Ralph Sarich , Australian inventor off an Orbital engine , similar to the German Wankel motor design , went to the U . S . A . and sold his design to some Americans . It was reported he was paid , for exclusion to the Right of Manufacture of it , by him , an amount of $ 200 million . Did Ford Motor Co buy that Right ??

All of the newer understanding or comprehension of those design ideas would result in much superior engines AND , engine production techniques . Definitely better than motors of this year of 2 , 023 . But , who will make them ? Americans or others or both those ?

Obviously , there are several ways to use horses all types around the world . From " Pony Express " operations , to Heavy Haulage Draught Horse . But ? Just thought of ANOTHER way to use horses . In the 18 th or 19 th Century , did Engineers do a definitive study of work output , average and max of a typical healthy mature male horse in England or America ? They are a very powerful animal with great stamina AND durability . Sim to a giant dog ? Even " Brumbys " are a tough little mountain horse that seem to run all day and make steep hill slopes appear as flat ground to us .

Henry Ford ( now ) and his interest in matters , was of course a provocative Joke . But , Seriously , ln this year of 2 , 023 , who would be alive at Ford Motor Company , to show interest in Consumers , lnformation ? Mr . Lacy Ford is probably dead as well . And a Management Board may be the worst people to talk to about a New World of ldeas coming up . About the first Ford engine and , a huge number of engines , since that one .   38. Yes what you say is quite likely the truth . But l thought maybe a better cranking , Handle to Crankshaft componentry assembly would be necessary AND a greater safety feature help . My dads ' 1964 , 3 Litre Rover Sedan with a 6 cylinder 8 to 1 compression ratio , was hard to crank start by hand action sure enough . But usually did start first go . And when kicking back occasionally gave a somewhat nasty surprise ! So l thought a better coupling mechanism would be most welcome . At a " flat battery " stage of events !

Henry Ford , MAY HAVE , thought about it , for the earliest Model T , but did not use it . It could be used on ALL engines using a crankshaft . And . . . . . . ? What would Ford Motor Company pay today to know about that technique ? A minimum of $ 1 U . S . would be needed . Would anyone like to start the bidding for it ?
