  1. I have lived in Grimsby 71 years, I have never know an accident like this Many Tankers anchor off the coast of Lincolnshire at a Mono Buoy. There is a pipe line That runs ashore then on land to the two Oil refinery's. It smacks of negligence of the Container ship. The Containership never slowed down or attempted to Manoeuvre, The ship is nearer Grimsby than Hull.
