This is not just happening in China, Its happening in the UK Poor wages poor working Conditions, I can speak after 50 years as a HGV driver, The Public or Government's don't realize that 90% of goods go by road, Without Trucks and Drivers the Economy stops in 24 hours, Company's have no control over Road tax, Fuel costs and Insurance, The only control the Company's have is cut the drivers wages, Which they have been doing for over 30 years.
