  3. xDrive also does pretty decent in real life offroad tests. There are several videos on youtube showcasing this. Incredibly capable for cars that are mainly used onroad and will probably never see any dirt.

  9. I learned here that by how smooth the car leaves the rollers, you can somehow predict how it will do in the real world. Just getting off the rollers when 3 wheels have slip isn't good enough to actually get good real world performance, because really small intervals of grip are enough to leave the rollers but not to climb a hill. You'd just be getting back and forth with small inputs. Hope this is understandable😅

  11. Common problem on this generation. The gear to engage the 4wd rusts and at some point when the 4wd is engaged all the teeth break off at once. But it's not that hard to replace.
