They do not take this aid to create a society, they take this aid as a freebie and continue on doing nothing to help themselves.. Which is the reason why if UNRWA pulls out, everything falls down, they have done nothing in 75 years, to benefit themselves, constantly waiting for another handout..

  20. Its hard to blame UNRWA, they had the right intentions, it was the people receiving this help who had the wrong intentions.. They used the free aid plus more to stage war.. Completely forgeting this organisation was there to help make life easier, not help with aspiration's of wider conquest.. They have to be removed so the society can not use them to stage war again..
