  2. This agency has done nothing but exacerbate the problem.. Each and every time they are subject to the ruling power and each and every time that ruling power embeds its own ideology into it.. This agency provides food and aid for a society of people not interested in working for a better life for the last 75 years.. Not interested in doing anything besides taking the free food and aid to continue the war..
