  1. You are So Right, most Drivers these Days Know Nothing about Vehicle Mechanics, they are Totally Helpless, as an Old Fart, I try to help/teach my younger friends about the mechanics of their Vehicles---I always Tell them-Preventive Maintenance will Save you a Bundle of Money in Long Run...

  2. Years ago back in the 70's, I knew a Mechanic Shop that did this on Older people vehicles-just ck the points clean and reset Gap on Plugs and charge them for New Points and Plugs, he got away with this fraud forever...
