Russia uses it to expose what these corrupt leftists, do, but they attach so much bullshit to it that nobody will actually listen to the Q followers. This further radicalizes them. As they become more radicalized, they themselves radicalize the left, and push them further and further towards Communism. The FSB is will turn America into a Communist country, simply so they can't compete with them economically.
