Yandex literally connects directly to your home network and computer. Every time I use it my network protection starts going off about blocking unwanted connections that are coming through yandex. They're harvesting your information lol.

@yfelwulf It's not my antivirus that catches it, it's my web protection that comes as an added feature with my internet package. It catches the things your firewall and anti-virus can't. I've only had the computer for a few months, and purchased the added protection a few days after I bought the computer. It's not a virus, it's the Russian government trying to harvest my information through yandex. These threats don't show up when I'm using other search engines. Sputnik news does the exact same thing.

It's funny, as much as these Politicians disliked Donald Trump, even they saw what happened in the United States, and they want to ensure that social doesn't determine the length of their reign. I have a feeling that in working with big tech to ensure their win, that the democrats might have alienated themselves from the rest of the world, and we're just yet to see the fall out.

@yfelwulf I tried it again today and now I don't get those connections anymore. It's weird because my antivirus software and antimalware software haven't removed anything ever. Maybe they try it at random...

@yfelwulf So it turns out that it was just yandex having their cross site tracking blocked by my ISP. I suspect it is because they end in DOT ru, which was probably getting them auto flagged as a hacking attempt. It seems my network protection no longer sees them as a threat.

Same lol. Might as well return to the ancestral lands. Unfortunately my Russian isn't fluent, and it pretty much needs to be to immigrate there. Fortunately, with dedication, you can more or less master the language within a year. Also, save your money, you're not allowed to work while you're going through your immigration process, so you'll need some cash to live off of. From what I've heard, if you get through it all and get your citizenship, it's well worth it, it's just very hard because they don't want mass immigration creating cultural decay like it does in the west.

America will alienate itself from the rest of the world. The Western liberals laid the ground work for globalization, but because of Soviet subversion, the nation has become so corrupt and twisted, that they are in stark ideological contrast with pretty much all of Africa and Asia. Those are the people that need to be won over now, and the West's extortionist methods of achieving state enforced homosexuality in foreign countries makes them undesirable to work with. Russia on the other hand, won't impose such an ideology on African and Asian nations, they'll simply want to do business. The useful idiots have served their purpose, and because of their self centred, narrow minded world view, they are effectively going to eliminate themselves from moving froward with the rest of the world. Because threatening a black country because of their views on gays sounds awfully imperialistic. The liberals have become what they claim to hate.
