Well to be honest only 3 kids were fighting the guy at first, and when he couldn’t manage to land a single punch on any of them while they hit him at will he simply folded. That’s when the cowardly kids jumped in. Sure, the kid shouldn’t have punched him in the back of the head, but the marine himself is probably going to end up getting charged too. It’s on camera, he could have walked away, but he attacked someone that appears to be 13 or 14 years old. Assault against a minor is a heavier charge than assault. The fact that he’s a Marine means he’s held to a higher standard of discipline, so that would likely work against him in court. A grown man should know to be the bigger man and to just walk away.
