The government can literally go into your phone and turn the camera on to watch you. They aren't going to pay people to follow you around, it's not 1930.

  10. Because in America children are given prescription drugs at the age of six if they misbehave. These drugs are similar to meth and do lasting damage to the brain. These people all list their minds because of drugs. It's not like that in Europe I'm sure. I know in Canada we have a lot of people like this, but we also out children on drugs to "cure" their bad behaviour.
