  1. People don’t seem to understand that point to point is for transcontinental flights. Even with a couple hours for a boat ride out and back is faster than a flight from LA to Tokyo, and you get 1/2 and hour in space, while BO and Virgin Galactic are charging hounders of thousands for a few minutes. I’m willing to be that alone will drive huge amount of traffic for SpaceX.

  3. Rocket launches subject astronauts to fewer Gs, 3-5, than many rollercoasters. The reason astronauts have to be in near perfect health is the weird health effects microgravity has on the body and not being able to get medical attention.
