Two, when is voting for the president and having memmbers of congress being owned and having no say? Also, by becoming a full state the power of Puerto Rico has in the federal government would go up; something I think you would like. Third, I disproved your evidence suporting you claim. Puerto Rico has had some bad things happen to it, so have other places, making Puerto Rico the same as others.

I highly dought that orion is the best way in to deep space. 1) Orion is heavy which mean a lot lunchs and more launchs means more cost. 2) Radiation from the warhead could cause a lot of problems on Earth if an orion isn't far enough way from Earth. 3) Is it wise to be building new nukes, even for space exploration?

German, French, Chinese, Italian, Irish, Scotch-Irish, Pollish, Czeck, Jewish, Korean, Mexican, Cubian, and African people have add have all added to the culture of the US, either regionaly or nationally. I think the US and Puerto Rico would both benift from Peurto Rico becoming a state.
