  10. Even so, gas powered cars so inefficient that electric cars are more efficient. In gas powered cars most of the energy that is creat is heat (about 70%), and then out of the energy that is isn't lost as heat most of that is eaten up in the transmission, not truned in to mostion.

  12. The US could put colonies on the Moon and Mars if congress really wanted it. NASA could do it all on it's own, if given what it needs, a mandate, money, and congress not monkeying around in what they don't know.
