@lordsoros627 Of course it's not a "free market". That's because such a fantasy does not exist, never has existed and never could exist. As soon as you get rid of the regulation necessary for a civilisation to function and prosper, it quickly descends into a "wasteland dystopia ran by furdal (sic) era warlords". I don't need to guess what warlords think of the free market. We have the example of Pinochet era Chile and present day Iran - both run by free market fanatics. The economy is plundered by crooks and con-men, stealing workers' pensions, rigging markets in their own favour and staying in power through brutal oppression. sounds pretty much like a feudal era dystopia to me - and to most Chileans (who recently overthrew it via the ballot box) and Iranians who are still struggling to do so.

@lordsoros627 Roosevelt's New Deal was to prevent revolution which, after the clownish incompetence which led to the Great Depression, was a serious prospect at the time. Ultimately, it did save capitalism in the US. It certainly wasn't socialist. Biden's limp imitation of it is also to prevent the US economy falling off a cliff which was extremely likely after Trump's clown show. The "green" part is pure branding and it is entirely inadequate with regard to dealing with climate change. The "coat of arms" of the Soviet Union? Such a thing does not exist. I assume you mean the state emblem. What exactly is supposed to be so obvious?

@lordsoros627 Good grief! What a load of nonsense! Roosevelt was elected in 1933. Between then and 1939 he made very slow progress. But it was progress. That's why he got re-elected. It was the outbreak of the Second World War which really put it into effect. The need to build armaments created demand in its own right but the knock on effect was trade union empowerment and increased wages. The result was the biggest rise in living standards in history which extended well into the 1970s. It was a demand led capitalist boom. Nothing to do with socialism. No. Britain France and Spain did not have equivalents of the New Deal. The Right was in power in all those countries (especially Fascist Spain) until the outbreak of war. Following the war, Britain had a Labour Government, the French had a Gaullist (right wing) government but they both followed similar policies. Do you know why? Because they worked! Again, it was a demand led CAPITALIST boom. Fascist Spain followed a different path and remained one of the poorest countries in Europe until Franco died and it was able to become a democracy and join the EU. There are no "10 planks of the Communist Manifesto" though you will find them mentioned all over the internet. It's put there by people who know that their cuckolds are too stupid and brainwashed to go look for themselves. The HRE was a medieval institution which effectively disappeared as nation states came into being. Its last traces were effectively wiped out when the Austria-Hungary collapsed at the end of the Second World War - Though Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany also claimed to be its successor. Much good it did him! No-one even noticed when he died. The Nazis claimed their state was its third incarnation (ie The Third Reich) but again, a few years and they were gone. It no longer has any meaning whatsoever, no matter what your conspiracy theorising masters tell you.
