Boris saying "Let's just fight" actually meant "You just fight": This is the US fighting Russia to the last Ukrainian. That seems to be coming horribly true. This morning I saw a video of a guy called Voha being bullied and taunted by his "comrades" in a Ukrainian trench. He was clearly mentally handicapped and not capable of fighting anyone but here he was, in a trench, drafted to fight in this senseless war. There was no gun available for him, apparently. He was told he should "gain" one in battle! In my view, Putin's invasion was actually the culmination of a successful US plan - a plan similar to the one which resulted in the Soviet Union invading Afghanistan decades earlier. What's more, a plan designed to bring NATO right up to Russia's border. I'm not making excuses for Putin. Military invasion is a war crime and Putin should appear at The Hague for it. Just as Dubyah and Blair should be brought to account for invading Iraq. But there should be no doubt that this affair did not start in February 2022. It didn't even start with the 2014 coup d'etat. US expansionism in Eastern Europe has been going on since 1945 when Ukrainian Fascists (the political forebears of those now in charge) were recruited to undermine the Soviet Union. So of course the US are intent on continuing the conflict. They're getting everything they want from it. As one disgusting US politician put it, "It's bleeding Russia and not costing a single US life". Ukrainian and Russian lives obviously mean nothing at all to them.
