  1. I don't think it's just Muslims, Damien. Black people are starting to note that the likes of Phillips are only interested in racism when the victims are white. Trades unionists are becoming aware of the fact that Labour's lukewarm support for workers' rights is morphing into complete indifference if not outright hostility. The stench of Labour's support for genocide in the Middle East is making it impossible for progressives to "hold their nose" and vote for the least worst option - because it's not the least worst anymore. At the very least, placeholders like Phillips will get their majorities cut this time. Hopefully, we'll see some of them ousted - as they deserve.
