Galloway's utterly undemocratic attitude to Scottish self-determination puts him outside the pale for me. But anyone who thinks they can wrong-foot him with such tactics simply hasn't done their homework. He beat the Daily Telegraph when they attempted to libel him with false documents "found" in Iraq and the monstering he gave to US Senate's select committee following the incident made incredibly entertaining viewing. These two second-rate stooges didn't stand a chance.

@briancattle8437 What a silly question! Of course it is! We have better public services by far. All we need to do now is detach from the sinking ship next to us before it pulls us down with it.

@briancattle8437 Good grief, yes. Galloway is a grand-stander. He'll make his point then move on to something else. But there are plenty of good people in the Greens and even in what's left of the Labour Party. Galloway's a top class sprinter and I'm glad he's there. But it's the people (like Damien) who commit themselves to the long run who really change the world for the better.
