With thousands of hours of personal body camera footage, they have not been able to provide evidence of one single rape. In the case of the lady who was photographed with her clothes arranged as if she'd been gang raped, the victim's family confirmed that they'd been speaking to her 4 minutes before she was found dying (and not raped) by a family friend who was also at the festival. The gruesome gang rape and murder described by an eyewitness for the New York Times had also been described in a Ha'aretz article but the details were different; what's more, such a crime would have left copious quantities of grisly forensic evidence yet none has been presented. The beheadings, the murder and mutilation of children, torture etc are all similarly unevidenced and the testimony of freed hostages tells us that they were treated with humanity and respect. No reasonable, thinking person can conclude that the Israeli narrative of 7 October is anything but a pack of lies. It beggars belief that an actual lawyer would have the gall to stand in front of a court of law and present such a narrative of hearsay and fabrication as testimony.

Well, they're aggressively being in the wrong place at the wrong time. That's "bang to rights" as far as Israel is concerned.

@hkfoo3333 Indeed. All indications are that Hamas out-soldiered the IDF. They were better trained and better disciplined than the supposedly professional "soldiers" of the Golani Brigade. Yet we are supposed to believe that they were an unruly mob who were unable to control their animal-like behaviour. It desn't add up.
