  1. Most of what you're saying here is pertinent and accurate. However, the Ruble dropping against the Dollar does NOT mean the Russian economy is tanking. Most Russian trade is carried on with BRICS countries using BRICS exchange rates. The Dollar is only marginally relevant to Russia...at most!
