  1. Excellent. Tufton Street's version is that the big struggle is the one between what they call "liberty" and tyranny. In fact, their real enemy (and they know it) is democracy. Democracy and everything that enhances it (free speech and association, fair distribution of wealth, human rights, fairer elections, devolution etc) is the story which we need to tell to counter their "liberty".
