There are no grounds for appeal. None of the garbage his incompetent lawyer blubbed about after the case had any substance whatsoever. It was she who missed the deadlines for introducing witnesses and evidence. And she was quite correctly prevented from arguing that Trump was not liable. That had already been legally established and cannot be undone.
