  1. Trump is NOT a conservative of any kind. He is a reactionary. A conservative is someone who wants to slow down progress. Reactionaries want to reverse it. Each successive generation of conservatives is ready to die in a ditch to protect the freedoms the previous generation of conservatives was ready to die in a ditch to prevent. They want to slow down the future. Reactionaries want to return to the past.
