I HATE Tories but I have to vote for them when considering the following FACTS----- With the Tories, poor homeowners can give or receive assets up to a £1M inheritance tax free ( it's called the threshold) you only pay 40% tax on monies over the threshold .Labour's No.1 policy is to reduce the threshold to ZERO ( if you are relying on assets to buy a house ( FORGET IT) check it with a solicitor like I did ) please.
