  3. Jamie I know the definition is that but I'd like to point out that since the new millennium people have been aging a lot different. The oldest person in the world is 117 so it wouldn't be fair calling a 117 year old an a 65 year old elderly. That's a 52 year difference meaning that a 117 year old could possibly be the 65 year old's grandparent. I would have to consider elderly at least 75 if not 80 because it's hard to consider a 65 year old an old person or even a 70 year old. These days it's actually not that uncommon to see people in their 90s unlike 50 years ago.
