  3. @flickthenick Try ox liver, it’s not that bad. I hate lambs liver. Have you seen the ingredients on liver pate? I’ve looked up the nutrients of sells liver pate and there is zero vitamin A in it, you’re likely doing yourself more harm than good eating that to be honest.
