@AlOliver-m2y Wrong, ruminants are carnivores. They don’t digest grass/seeds, it ferments creating bacteria and the bacteria secrete amino acids which the ruminant lives off. Grains create more fermentation, creating more bacteria and amino acids. Which makes the cow fatter and creates marbling of the meat, hence why it tastes better but seeds are not good for them and too much can cause acidosis and lead to death.
