  1. Been getting anti histamines from my Dr for about 10 years after seeing a program on TV about mass cell syndrome. Had no other help from my Dr’s. Gone full carnivore but just kept getting worse, found out about histamine intolerance a few weeks ago and altered my taking of the antihistamines with my meals. Was telling my Dr about it and asked do you know of any treatment? She said no, the medical profession doesn’t acknowledge it🙄
