Wow! Less than 100g a day, Itās hard for me to get my head around that. Iāve just gone full carnivore and eating 1kg of protein a day with 2 meals. Never felt hungry since doing this and lost 3 1/2 stone, Iām under weight now. Losing weight was not my intention. I eat 250g of meat just for my dinner lol. I very much doubt you did Keto for 6 months, how many cheat meals per day was you having?

Ā @yeetdeetsĀ Oh right, I see. Just looked it up, protein for 100g meat is between 25-36g. Anything less than 25g are like sausage and raw meat. Not sure why raw meat has less protein but thatās what they say. So 250g of meat would be around 70g of protein according to that.
