The reason these Hong Kongers are hyper-vigilant is because their incompetent CE Lam, is not only doing nothing
to help them, but rather, still is endangering the people. (Neighboring Macau + Singapore helped their citizens)
Lam:
- was having a grand old time in Davos, even after 1 month of Covid-19 dissemination.
- arrogantly kept many borders w the Mainland open, despite Infectious Dis. Experts, MD's + other health workers,
politicians + most Hong Kongers calling for closure of all borders. As of 2/19, STILL SOME BORDERS OPEN.
-insensitively wanted to place in HIGHLY POPULATED NEIGHBORS, COVID-19 Clinics, when there are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS.

I did READ YOUR POST CAREFULLY.
And you SHOULD NOT BE SO SELF-RIGHTEOUS, because you don't know what dire circumstances, people are dealing with.
Granted I don't agree with a person hoarding 10 big sacks of toilet papers, but having 1or 2 extra sacks, comes in handy.
Even before this pandemic, I always had extra toilet paper, because I always buy things ON SALE.
Couple of days ago. I went to my local Target (nice discount store), all the toilet paper were gone, as was the case, 2 weeks ago.
But luckily, 2 days ago, there many boxes of facial tissues - which I end up buying several.
And we all should be executing SOCIAL DISTANCING - which means less trips to the store; therefore IT IS ONLY LOGICAL
to buy an good amount, while you are in the store.
This is BEING PRACTICAL - NOT INSANITY + GREED !
