  1. I take what the Ambassador said, with a grain of salt. And, the contention that Dr. Li Wen Liang " ...made public warnings for weeks." IS A BLATANT LIE. Dr Li, IN A PRIVATE WECHAT GROUP POST, told his former medical classmates, about the novel coronavirus, warning them to take precautions with their families. Dr. Li was upset when his WECHAT POST reached a wider audience. Screenshots of PRIVATE WECHAT MESSAGE were taken, + he was subsequently harassed by the police.
