There are many heroes in Hong Kong, like Mako Chan + Simon Cheng, whom gave away free masks, esp to the elderly. Also, Filmmaker Mr. Tang assembled a SURGICAL MASK FACTORY, + starting 3/1/20, will sell them ONLINE , for HK $1 each.

Didn't you see ID Expert Dr. Tsang stating these masks "ARE HELPFUL"; ALSO Ms. Ngai CLEARLY stated that these masks are for HEALTH WORKERS, commuting to/from work. Additionally, the optimistic fabric used, ARE A MORALE BOOSTERS, for the OVERWORKED Health Workers.
